Privacy policy

The short version

Files you use with our tools are processed inside your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not ask you to create an account. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google AdSense to show advertising, both of which use cookies as described below.

1. Who we are

2. Your files

Our tools (floor plan conversion, image compression and conversion, PDF and video tools) run as JavaScript in your browser. The files you choose are read from your device, processed on your device and offered back to you as a download. They are not transmitted to us. We have no copies and cannot access them. If a future tool needs a server (for example an AI feature), that tool will say so clearly before you use it and will describe its own retention period.

3. Information we collect automatically

Like most websites we receive standard technical information when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, referring site, and the time of the visit. We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to produce aggregate statistics. We also record anonymous tool-usage events such as "file converted" with the file type, never the file name or content.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising or analytics cookies are set. 5. Local storage

We use your browser's local storage only for conveniences such as your dark/light theme choice and tool settings. This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared from your browser settings.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Technical data is processed by Google (Analytics, AdSense, Tag Manager) and Cloudflare (hosting and security), each under their own privacy terms. We disclose information if required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to processing. Because we hold no account data and no files, most requests concern analytics and advertising data held by Google, which you can manage through your Google account and the links above. 8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
