1. Acceptance
By using cortexdigitalhub.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The service
The Site provides free software tools that run in your web browser. We may change, add or remove tools at any time. Tools marked "beta" may contain errors.
3. Your files and outputs
You keep all rights to the files you use with the tools and to the outputs you create. You confirm you have the right to use any file you process. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies of your originals.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, to process unlawful content, to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security, to scrape or copy the Site's code or content for a competing service, or to circumvent advertising.
5. Advertising
The Site is supported by third-party advertising served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the websites they link to.
6. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Outputs, including 3D plans and conversions, are for visualisation and convenience and are not a substitute for professional architectural, legal or financial advice. Always check measurements against the original plan.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text and the Cortex Digital Hub name and logo belong to us. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain under their own licences.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
